Situated approximately 14 km from Marbella, in a valley surrounded by hills with magnificent views of the coast. El Paraiso was carefully designed by Gary Player to achieve a peaceful atmosphere, through the varied abundance of trees and vegetation, with strategically placed lakes and bunkers.
It is a popular course, which provides a good test for players with differing abilities. It is built on hilly terrain, slopes towards the sea with wide fairways.
