With the recent opening of the splendid new Aphrodite Hills course bringing the number of courses on the island to three, Cyprus is now a serious golfing destination. All three courses are situated in the south west of the island, close to the popular resort of Paphos. It offers golfers a challenging world class championship course with its must play signature seventh hole. It is set to become the next big thing.

With the government agreeing a further eleven courses can be built in the near future, Cyprus is set to become a major golf holiday destination. The other courses on the island at the moment are Secret Valley and Tsada and are both easily reached from Paphos.

The next course to be opened is likely to be a second course at Aphrodite Hills.
